Pots and Kettles

May 24, 2010

I find it necessary on occasion to time the exit from my car so that I don’t have to speak to other people on the way into my office building.  The typical occasions are when I see anyone else from my office in the parking lot.

Considering this level of unsociability, if I turn out to be the most friendly of three people on a business trip together, that must imply some severe mental affliction in the other parties, mustn’t it?

I feel I should suggest that they seek therapy.  Somehow, such advice, sage as it may be, is not normally well received.

  1. Wow, Craig, that’s some serious people aversion you’ve got going on! I’m so glad it doesn’t extend to people already within your circle of friends….or does it? ;O)
